Check-ups!

The ladies both had check-ups the other week. Analynn's 3 year, and Sopia's 15 month. Soph was over 16 months, though. Oops! The biggest oops wasn't that, unfortunately. The nurse accidentially gave her the wrong shots! She was supposed to get Hep. A and HIB, but she got the MMR and HIB. No harm was done, besides Soph being miserable as can be. The MMR plus 8, yes 8, teeth coming in at the same time made for a terrible time. She's still getting over all of it. Who gets 8 teeth all at once?! My poor baby.

Analynn's STATS:
weight- 31 lbs. (50%)
height- 37 1/2 in. (60%)

Sophia's STATS:
weight- 20lbs. 9.5 oz. (35%)
height- 30 1/4 in. (30%)
head- 45.4 cm. (40%)

They are getting so big! Looking at pictures of them, you'd think Soph is so big, she must be in higher percentiles! At least to me. People say all the time how little she is. AND she's smaller than Analynn was at that age! It's really hard to believe...

Stuff the ladies have been up to lately

Analynn- She is such a little woman! She thinks she's the mommy of the house. She calls Soph her baby and takes care of her as much as she can. She has even taken my seat at the dinner table- next to Soph- so she can wipe her mouth, pick up the fork she dropped for the tenth time, and give her juice. Works for me! I'll always accept someone taking things off my to-do list. Haha! She really is a very good helper. When she's not tending to Soph, she is taking care of her babydolls and stuffed animals. She is a very attentive mama, and we often bring babies with us when we go places. The baby, her diaper bag, and her babies carseat/carrier. So, basically, she brings more than I do most days... She is still going strong on potty training, just wearing diapers for when she sleeps. She wakes up from naps dry 4 out of 7 days. I'm not complaining. She wears 3T clothes and size 8 shoes. She NEVER lets me do her hair. I can't even brush it. So, she looks like a hot mess most days. Whatev. She just got a BIG big girl bed- the queen size guest bed. She looks so tiny in it! She's been doing well at talking, but still has a ways to go for most people to understand her. I understand almost all of what she says because I spend all day with her. She helps put dishes away, helps clean, fold laundry, and pick up. She sleeps from 9 pm to 7ish am and take a nap from 2-4 in the afternoon. I dont know what I would do without that sweet little ball of energy in my life!

Sophia- Has been talking a lot more lately. She can say mama, dada, baby, bye bye, hi, all done (ah duh), yeah, and sister (sisger). She also says sorry (ah-wie)... She has to say that a lot lately as she's taken up hitting. She mimics a lot and tries to say more but it's hard to make it all out. She wants to be big like her sissy so bad!! She follows her everywhere, does everything she does, and loves her more than anything. We just took her off the bottle, so she has big girl sippy cups like sissy now. She sits on the toilet regularly and has peed in it once! She climbs onto everything, and falls off a lot of things. Luckily, she has yet to get hurt. She loves to jump on the bed with Analynn. She climbs into the van and into her seat all by herself now. She's still nursing, and has no signs of wanting to quit. She has the cutest little run. She's still in the crib, but I'm hoping to transistion into the toddler bed soon. She sleeps from about 8:30 at night till between 6:30 and 8:30 in the morning. Then naps from 9ish to 11ish depending, and again from 2-4ish. She is in size 4 diapers and just went up to 18 month clothes and size 4 shoes. She thinks she's a princess, and she basically lives like one. She pampered to say the least. She's getting so big!
