So three Sundays ago, our day started out well. We went to church, and took some silly pictures.
Then we came home and napped. We woke up to go to our weekly Sunday dinner group and we were very, very hot. We went to our dinner hoping to come home to a cooled off house after Charlie messed with the unit. No such luck. So we put up lots of fans and made it through the night. We were all topless the next day. Hahah!
This kid loves to make silly faces.
We tried to do things like go the the grocery store to stay out of the house.
The repairman came Tuesday, and said it was broken and it would be about two weeks before it was fixed. So, we packed and fled to Texas! And a trip to Texas calls for lots of pictures... beware.
Analynn was FINALLY willing to wear headphones, so Charlie and I could listen to music instead of Curious George!
A random bug that hitched a ride.
We ended up leaving on Analynn's birthday, so sad. But Grandma had a cupcake waiting for her!
Story time at the library!
My little birthday girl sure has changed a lot over the last three years.
Cousin sprinkler time!!
What happens at Grandmas, stays at Grandmas.
Grandpa was being the troll under the couch for her.
Helping Grandma water the plants.
My dad was home for the weekend before having to deploy and we were able to see him. The curcumstances weren't all that great- we went to a funeral- but you have to work with what you've got.
The funeral was for a young mother of two. It was, of course, sad that she passed. But, what was sadder to me was the two little girls who will never have time with their mom. I couldn't imagine not having my mom in my life now, or having grown up with out her. This quote is so very true.
That bum!! We went a bought her a new swinsuit the next day, even though I like that look.
Those faces, though.
Analynn was wearing her baby while pushing Soph. Such a mommy!
We went in to see Grandpa's office before heading home. We had a friend go to our house so our AC could get fixed, so it was time to go home.
We were sad to go home! But so happy to have AC again. We got home and I complained about it being too cold in our house! Hahaha!
